Create & Connect
A weekly inclusive 2-hour group program over a 10-week school term for children and young people aged 5–15. Our small groups with screened staff focus on building social connection, communication, creativity, and confidence while having fun.
Our Age Streams
Junior Explorers
For children aged 5–8. Focused on foundational social connection, communication, and building confidence in a safe, inclusive environment.
Creative Connectors
For young people aged 9–12. Emphasizing creativity, social connection, and the development of everyday life skills through group activities.
Youth Pathways
For young people aged 13–15. A pathway program focused on community participation, capacity building, and empowering participants to lead their lives.
